My sis and I made our first trip to The Stanley this past weekend and had an absolute blast! We investigated both Saturday and Sunday and experienced tons of crazy stuff. I've already started saving for next year's event. It was totally worth the 7+ hours of travel time to get there!

bjsim & k10--We experienced alot of flashlight activity, especially from "Matthew" in 418. We also had some reaction in the tunnels from the Franks box. My hubby had his hair played with in I believe 1302. What experiences do you 2 have to share?? Lee

Shadows, possible whispers, and some flashlight interaction in 217. Amazing flashlight activity in 418 (it blew my mind), more flashlight activity and possible table movement in 1302. I heard a few notes on a piano in the Concert Hall basement and was touched in the tunnels and MacGregor room. Heard footsteps and a child's voice in the Admin building, along with the table vibrating. I can't wait to go back!!!

My daughter and I were at the Stanley on 2011 Mothers Day weekend for the Beyond Reality event also. Flashlight activity like crazy, whispers, personal experiances in our own room, knocks etc. We had so much fun we ended up investigating on both nights! We experianced so much more than we ever expected and cant wait to come back. Amy, Britt, Adam, Aaron, Ben and Bill, and Chip, you were AWESOME.

I myself was at the Stanley event in May as well. Being my first visit to this amazing hotel I couldnt have been happier. Having experiences both nights of investigation. (I was so happy we had the option to pay for the extra night) In the tunnels with Britt and had a frank box seesion where it clearly said his name. The Administration building just had such a heavy feeling to it. Had shadow play upstairs, where what looked like a figure, about 3 ft high blocked out the grid we had set up. And than had movement of the table downstairs that we all sat around with Amy. But probably the most, omg moment, was the second night when we were allowed to investigate the Concert Hall on our own. It was toward the end of the night and myself and 3 others settled into the dressing room where the spirit of a homeless person has been noted. While we sat and performed an EVP session we suddenly saw in the corner a blue flash of light come out of the air that lit the room and than was gone just as quick. We looked outside in the halls and no one else was around at the time. It was pretty dang cool. Sadly none of us had a camera ready and I didnt pick up anything on EVPs. Still it was a great personal experience that I was able to share with several others I can not wait to go back this coming April

My wife has signed us up for the Friday the 13th Weekend at the Stanley. I hope we get some great activity from the permanent guests. Does anyone have any suggestions on what types of equipment i should bring? Sid

My husband and I just got back from the Stanley Ghost Hunters Event and had lots of activity in room 418. Flashlight interaction to questions we would ask. We investigated this room with Adam Berry. We did the two flashlights, one for yes and the other for no and had some great conversations this way. When we moved down to the concert hall to investigate with Britt Griffith we had the door in the basement open and shut real hard twice. Of course when Britt ran down there nobody was there. I am way hooked on ghost hunting and can't wait to do another event!!!
